Missing xcrun on macOS High Sierra

xcrun: error: invalid active developer path (/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools), missing xcrun at: /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/xcrun

Solution:

Re-install XCode from App Store (~20 minutes)

Open XCode and agree to lice agreement
Allow it to "Instal components..."

This resolved my problem, but optionally you can try the following:

xcode-select --install
sudo xcodebuild -license
xcode-select --reset
