remembrance of a day past

we surf waves' crests and valleys, up and down we glide!
moist-green veil shrouds and comforts in a breathless ride!

full sails' pale breasts, sun-glittered mast,
they are memory of a today's past.

the sand-bar point can't frighten us,
it's too, remembrance of today's past.

rest now my friend and dearest lover,
green park has brought us feelings again all over.

in air floats sweet smell of the surf,
a fly breaks peace and strikes my nerve.

My favorite quotations..

“A man should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.”  by Robert A. Heinlein
