To resolve the problem install the plugin Maven Plugin, install plugin AJDT (Optional)AJDT update site for Eclipse 3.5 http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ajdt/35/update

I had a similar problem with Eclipse 3.6, the resolution was - as unbelievable as it sounds - to add the following software site under Help/Install New Software...
ReplyDeletehttp://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios
and give it the exact name "Helios" (without quotes of course). I didn't had to install anything from there and I can't explain why but it helped anyway.
